I’ve been training consistently since the age of 14, beginning my journey in the gym before moving into competitive powerlifting at 15. Over the years, I’ve developed not only a high level of strength, but a deep understanding of effective training, intelligent programming, and sound lifting technique.
Most recently, I became the strongest Under-18 lifter in my home country, achieving competition lifts of a 210kg squat, 120kg bench press, and 215kg deadlift. These results are the outcome of long-term consistency, discipline, and training with purpose — not shortcuts.
My coaching philosophy is simple: training should be structured, sustainable, and tailored to the individual. Whether you’re new to the gym, looking to build serious strength, or aiming to compete in powerlifting, I design programmes that fit your experience level, goals, and lifestyle.
I focus on helping clients train smarter, build confidence under the bar, and make progress they can be proud of — both inside and outside the gym.
